Weigh-ins: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Teams will be issued weigh-in number upon arrival.
Coach must supply Alpha Sheet and wrestler must have weight loss plan.
Scratch Weight: 103, 112, 119, 125, 130, 135, 140, 145, 152, 160, 171, 189, 215, 285
Wrestle: 2:00 PM sharp (8 mats with electronic scoreboards)
December 19, 2009 (Saturday)
Weigh-ins: 7:00 AM sharp (all athletes must be in weigh-in area)
Wrestle: 10:00 AM sharp (8 mats all day)
Medal Rd: 3:30 PM
Finals: 6:00 PM

www.tmi.150m.comSeeding Meeting will meet directly after Friday weigh-ins, committee will pre-seed on Dec 16, 2009. Seeding and roster deadline is December 16 by 3:00 PM on TMI.
